Green List là gì?

“Green List” là lộ trình đặc biệt giúp bạn nhanh chóng xin thường trú nếu công việc của bạn nằm trong Tier 1 hoặc Tier 2 – những ngành nghề đang rất cần nhân lực tại New Zealand.

Lộ trình định cư thông qua Green List New Zealand

Bước 1: Có thư mời làm việc (Job Offer)

  • Bạn phải nhận được thư mời làm việc hoặc đang làm việc từ nhà tuyển dụng được công nhận tại New Zealand, cho vị trí trong Tier 1 hoặc Tier 2 Green List.
  • Đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu về chuyên môn, giấy phép hành nghề và mức lương.

Bước 2: Tích lũy kinh nghiệm làm việc tại New Zealand (dành cho Tier 2)

  • Làm việc toàn thời gian 24 tháng với visa hợp lệ (bất kỳ visa làm việc nào, bao gồm AEWV, Critical Purpose Visitor Visa, Interim visa) và nhận mức lương tối thiểu theo quy định.

Bước 3: Nộp đơn xin định cư

  • Tier 1 – Straight to Residence Visa: Bạn có thể nộp đơn xin thường trú ngay sau khi có thư mời làm việc.
  • Tier 2 – Work to Residence Visa: Sau 24 tháng làm việc đủ điều kiện tại New Zealand, bạn có thể xin thường trú.
